Finally received my Birchbox! There were delays due to snow, and then for some reason my box was sent to North Carolina for a few days instead of PA which was weird, but I finally have it.

Here’s what I got:

• Lancôme LA BASE PRO I’m not really a primer user (I love Revlon’s Photoready but that’s about it!). This primer has a nice texture, but doesn’t seem that different from other primers I’ve tried. It has that similar silicone texture to it that Smashbox’s has although I didn’t find it as drying which is good. It was nice to try a Lancome product, though, and I’ll definitely use up the sample.
• Vasanti BrightenUp! Enzymatic Face Rejuvenator I was a little hesitant to try this at first because “face rejuvenator” usually = harsh scrub. However, this scrub is super super gentle. The little beads are so tiny, you can barely even feel them. Really like this stuff!
• Miss Jessie’s® Original Pillow Soft Curls I already have this same sample and its funny because I literally started using it last week before my BB came in. Despite being in a packet, its a pretty generous sized sample. I use Miss Jessie’s Quick Curls usually, but I think I actually like this one more! Its a little less thick than Quick Curls which is better for my fine hair.
• Color Club Fiesta Collection I always seem to get the worst Color Club polish colors! They’re always either really dark or crazy bright or glittery. Its not a bad color, though. Kind of a dark teal. I ended up painting my toes with it. I wish I had gotten the pink color!
• EXTRA: Ghirardelli Milk & Caramel SQUARES I looove these caramel squares from Ghirardelli. I made sure to take the above picture really quickly just so I could eat the chocolate immediately after. haha.

Overall a decent Birchbox. For once, I actually used all the products in the box. The last couple months of boxes have been pretty good for me, so hopefully that luck continues. And I think this is the first box in awhile where I didn’t get another perfume sample.
