I received this color from a giveaway I won from KittyVixen‘s blog (which I’ll do a post on later this week) 🙂 Its almost an exact dupe for Essie’s Tart Deco (the lighting in the picture makes it look a little darker than it is), so if you want that color but don’t want to spend the money for Essie, definitely pick this one up! Base coat is Zoya Anchor and top coat is Seche Vite.
