Here are some product reviews of samples that I received in this month’s Birchbox!

However, it blended well with my skin tone and didn’t look unnatural at all. The formula (in comparison with other primers I’ve used) is a little thin. I would have preferred it to be a little thicker, as I find those formulas feel smoother on my skin. Still a great product though! I’ve used this product in my hair a couple times so far. It smells amazing…a very sweet vanilla scent. I’ve been keeping my hair curly the past week, so I can’t say how it does for straight hair. My hair seems a tiny bit less frizzy, but nothing really drastic that any other hair oil wouldn’t be able to provide. I don’t think I would pay the full price for this product (if it were ever offered for a steep discount, I might though!) Buy now at the Birchbox store ($29.99)
BeFine Lip Serum
I really like this lip serum. It feels very smooth on my lips and definitely adds shine to them. The only thing is the formula is fairly thin, so I wouldn’t really use this overnight or as a super moisturizing lip treatment (last month’s Jouer lip enhancer would be better for that). The size of this sample is generous, though, and I will continue to use it! Buy now at the Birchbox store ($25.00)
I used this to hand-wash a new sweater I just got a couple weeks ago from Express. This is the sweater, if you are interested (its super soft!) This detergent has a really lovely lavender scent to it, and as far as I could tell it was very gentle on my sweater, which dried without loosing any softness. I’m not sure if I would go ahead and purchase it, but I definitely liked it! Buy now at the Birchbox store ($19.00)
As you can see, I didn’t review the AHAVA cleanser that I got. I don’t really plan on using it because I want to stick to my current cleanser. I did hear it was nice, though!
What was your favorite product in your October Birchbox? Let me know in the comments!

My fav. thing in my oct birchbox would have to be the Ahava Mineral foot cream. I have really dry cracked heels and it works awesome!
