So first things first…my domain finally transfer and everything is working great so far! I’ve placed a cancellation request with my previous host and hopefully nothing goes wrong with that and they don’t bill me again. Trying to contact anyone in their customer service is a huge hassle…they take forever to answer and then when they do, its in terrible broken English.
But anyway…on to this week’s recipe which is from Skinnytaste.com! Salmon is one of my favorites foods, so I love trying out new recipes using it. I was looking for a good grilled salmon recipe (since we purchased a new George Foreman Grill recently) and this was the ticket! Here’s what you need (serves 2):
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp dried Herbs de Provence
- 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar (I used balsalmic because it was all I had)
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
*I though there was lemon juice involved which is why it is in the picture above…there was no lemon juice needed, but if you want to add it I’m sure it would taste great!
Mix all ingredients until it becomes sort of a paste. The recipe says to use a food processor but I felt like that was a bit much for such a small amount of ingredients. Coat the salmon fillets with the mixtures, then grill! I used my George Foreman grill for 5 minutes and it was perfect 🙂
